Sausage Balls Recipe

Sausage Balls

Whisk together
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

add in 
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Stir well to coat the cheese

the add
1 pound raw sausage
3 tbsp. melted butter

Then ~
squish, mash, stir, incorporate all the ingredients together ~ clean hands are the best mixers!

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.


This is adapted from a recipe on the Martha Stewart site.  It was very tasty~ and didn't rely on bisquick.
