Making Time for Everything

There is so much I want to do ~

I've got.......
Books to read
Reviews to write
Recipes to try
Quilts to sew
A cross stitch quilt top to finish
Hand quilting to do
Pictures to take of flowers & trees
Lots of chicken to can (got my Zaycon order today)

Since our homeschooling is coming to an end ~ I've got to find a new normal.  I don't know how this is going to work yet.  Some days, it seems like I've got all the time in the world, and other days, it seems like I am busy but don't have lots to show for it.

I am also looking forward to getting the garden in ~ the weather is warm right now, but who knows if it will stay that way.  Its time though~  the grass in the back has been cut twice and in the front once.
It appears that all our trees are alive!  And our potatoes are coming up.

I am ready for summer swimming afternoons, cookouts, etc.

Time to get off the computer and finish the laundry for today!  Glad to have the laundry accomplished!  Tomorrow is chicken canning & maybe some sewing!

  1. This is time of year that gets real busy for us. between the garden, animals, weddings, and family trips it's none stop. But it do's make for a fun spring and summer.

Welcome to the farm ~ we are a blended family with 7 children (3 are married), 4 grandsons, 5 dogs, 3 rabbits, and 15 chickens living on 3 acres in Georgia. I love crafting, sewing, cooking & canning, recipes of all kinds, reading, playing with my little buddies, family time, travel, pinterest and most of all the Lord.
