Rosie was in the backyard last night, barking up a storm ~ unusual for her, especially at 9:30 at night.
Amy went to call her in and she wouldn't come ~ again unusual.
Armed with a flashlight, Amy went to investigate.
Came back to the house to get reinforcements ~ her dad. And the camera.
This hissing, angry, interloper was eating Rosie's dogfood in her kennel and wasn't happy about the racket and confusion ~ the bright flashlight beam and flashing camera didn't help either.
That possum is not moving to Georgia with us. That was a large, adult critter.
Rosie finally came in and who know what happened to the possum ~ maybe its hanging in a tree somewhere planning its next invasion.
Certainly livened up our Sunday evening!
